A collaboration with our Balance Blending & Brewing. Bordeaux barrel aged farmhouse ale, brewed in Wales with a blend of pilsner, wheat and raw wheat, with additions of aged hops during a long boil. Fermented with Balance house culture, and aged for 18 months in barrel.

Bright, biscuit, nectarines.
