This sparkling elderflower wine from Mydflower is made ofWelsh water drawn deep in the Brecon Beacons, where they ferment handpicked elderflowers into something rare. Crisp, floral, and golden, each sip a journey to that sun-dappled meadow. Naturally fermented with Champagne yeast
