Stick To The Plan - Wilderness Brewery

Our dear friends at RAD Beer in Shrewsbury were our first ever customers, so when they asked us to brew a special beer for their birthday we were delighted. A boozy Belgian IPA, with malty marmalade sweetness and old school bitterness. Brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, traditional Belgian yeast and a hefty amount of Nelson Sauvin, marmalade on toast.
