Its Not Enough - Pollys Brew Co

Jackson Farms has been a revelation since first landing on drinkers' radars with Idaho 7, now a firm favourite at Polly's. The brewery previously used Jackson Farms' experimental variety ID-158, nicknamed PINK, in the exceptional Velvet Motion. For It's Not Enough, however, Polly's has intentionally leaned into softer flavour profiles by pairing it with another brewery favourite: Hop Breeding Company's experimental HBC-586, recently renamed Krush.
The result is a pale ale dripping with the fruit-forward sweetness of both hops, delivering notes of mango, guava, honey-dipped peaches, sun-kissed strawberries, and a hint of vanilla. A hot-side addition of Citra provides mellow citrus-rind bitterness, creating a pale ale that punches well above its weight.
