Brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, Tourbillon Watch is a 6.2% IPA built to showcase a precise rotation of modern hop character. Citra leads with bright citrus and juicy mango, Mosaic layers in blueberry, tropical fruit and a subtle dank edge, while Krush adds flashes of orange zest, stone fruit and ripe peach.
Soft, juicy and balanced with a gentle bitterness, everything moves in smooth, controlled motion. Complex hop flavour turning over and over with every sip. Precision engineering, but make it IPA.
