Aber Falls Distillery has launched its 6 Year Old Rye to mark St David’s Day 2026. Matured for six years and aged in Virgin Oak casks, the whisky delivers a bold, spice-led profile with notes of black pepper, rye bread crust, clove and cinnamon, balanced by vanilla and caramel sweetness.
 
Drawn from just four casks within a very limited pool of rye stock, this release marks only the second age-statement whisky in Aber Falls’ history and just the second rye expression produced by the distillery.
