As Shadows Lengthen - Cloudwater

This beer recipe uses a blend of (mostly) classic hops, richer, sweeter, and darker malts, and a neutral yeast that allows the hops and malts to shine.
As Shadows Lengthen takes on all the classic bold and bright elements of a Red IPA., with toasted bread like malt alongside a touch of warm caramel to balance out citrus and pine from Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Columbus, and Chinook hops. Ending with a delightful resinous finish that always keeps things fresh and refined.
