Wild Golden Ale with Raspberries & Blackberries
 
This blend brings together one, two and three year old golden ales, brewed with malted barley and raw wheat, then left to ferment spontaneously and mature slowly in neutral French oak barrels.
Raspberries and blackberries are added at peak ripeness, allowing the fruit to integrate naturally over time. The result is something layered and expressive, with softness, structure and a gentle wild character that continues to evolve in the glass.
 
Tasting Profile: 
Raspberry and blackberry lead, with soft floral notes and a gentle wild edge.
Tart red fruit carries through the palate, balanced by subtle oak and a touch of earthy spice. Bright acidity and fine carbonation give a clean, dry finish.
