Heavily influenced by a very early Polly’s XPA that set them into overdrive when they first brewed it, Format Copy is everything they love about hop-forward beer at a much more discernable ABV. Bringing bright and clean flavour notes of sweet orange zest, tangerine and white peach from the Elani hops, they brought some partner hops to the party on this beer with further additions of NZ titan Motueka as well as Citra Lupomax to accentuate all those bold citrus notes.
