Kanaloa - Otherworld Brewing

Kanaloa is a pineapple sour beer from Otherworld Brewing in collaboration with Hackney Church Brew Co. This heavily fruited sour blends together tart, sweet and savory flavours. An initially puckering, fresh candied pineapple flavour gives way to a riper, more mellow fruitiness. Cherry wood-smoked malt compliments the rich pineapple notes, adding a curious savoury depth.
