Limonata Sour - Holy Goat Brewing

Limonata Sour with Sicilain Lemons
 
Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with their house culture. Holy Goat refermented this base beer with over 100kg of lemons, with a mixture of 60kg comminute and 40kg organically grown whole lemons from Comares, Spain. The whole lemons were zested and juiced by hand.
