Drops of Flora - Pollys Brew Co

They have been massive fans of NZ-106 since first utilizing it in their birthday releases back in January—a bold statement of where they are as a brewery, securing experimental varieties from the other side of the world before general release. They have used it as the headline hop on Drops of Flora. Joined by fellow New Zealand hops Nectaron and Riwaka, they’ve brought the very best of the South Pacific to this beer, which bursts with a powerful punch of passionfruit, guava, and mango, backed by peach and white grape before an underlying dankness rounds things out. Balanced with a little Mosaic Lupomax in the whirlpool to add fresh, bright citrus rind bitterness, this is a maxed-out, all-in IPA.
