Mochyn - Seidir Tydecho

A rich, medium dry pet nat cider, conditioned with honey, 15 mochyn (15 pigs) is named after the tenth century Welsh laws of Hywel Dda, which state the exchange value of a mature sweet apple tree in fruit as equal to fifteen pigs. Papaya on the nose, lychee and burnt sugar on the palate.
