Fun Bungo - Holy Goat Brewing

Tropical Sour with Mango, Pineapple & Orange
 
Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats and fermented for four months with Brettanomyces and soured with their house culture. They refermented this base beer with over200g/l of pineapple and mango puree in addition to a 120kg of whole organic Navelina oranges from Arboleas, Spain which were zested and juiced by hand.
