Sonnborner - Holy Goat

Sonnborner by Holy Goat is a German style hefeweizen. Their take on the German classic uses the renowned Weihenstephan Weizen yeast. The brews goal was to maximise ester production during fermentation, particularly the iconic isoamyl acetate/banana-like flavour. The result is a supremely quaffable take on the classic, with a heavy hit of banana along with a hint of bubblegum and clove.  Can artwork by James Scanlan
