Until I Met You - Wilderness Brewing

Sparkling rhubarb sour brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and wheat, fermented with their house ‘lowland’ mixed culture and lightly soured with lactobacillus. Matured on 50kg of fresh Yorkshire forced rhubarb.

Off dry, sharp, sparkly, fresh.
