Dethrone - Pollys Brew Co.

Dethrone is a DDH IPA from Pollys Brew. Mosaic and Simcoe is a pretty well established as a combo that creates Lilt for grownups. The latest crop of Idaho 7 just screamed out to be used in this beer. Bringing both the T90 and CGX versions of this absolute banger from Crosby hops, this DDH IPA is pulsating with bright, fresh pineapple notes, backed up with juicy tangerine, berries, and passionfruit for an intense flavour-packed drinking experience.
