Liquid State - Pollys Brew Co.

Liquid State is a hazy pale ale by Pollys Brew. Liquid State is a straight up banger that has one thing in mind - sunshine and kicking back with a couple of decking beers. The standard hazy grist has now been updated to include chit malt - unfermentable but absolutely packs the body and mouthfeel of a beer to next level proportions, backed up with a three way tango of hop varieties that inspire all things tropical. A dash of Citra Lupomax for clean and bright citrus notes, Nelson Sauvin for those spiky crushed gooseberry and sweet grape notes that only the Kiwis can do, and a final flourish of US titan Vista for soft white peach, apricot, papaya and tangerine notes.
